How can I book an excursion?

You can easily book an excursion directly through our website using the booking form, or you can contact us via WhatsApp or email for personalized assistance.

Are your tours private or shared?

We offer both private and shared tours. You can choose what suits your preferences and budget when booking.

🚗 Transportation & Pick-up

Is hotel pick-up included in the tour price?

Yes, hotel or riad pick-up and drop-off are included in most of our excursions. We will confirm the details with you after your booking.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We use comfortable, air-conditioned 4×4 vehicles or minibuses depending on the group size. All our vehicles are modern and driven by experienced drivers.

Do you provide transportation from outside Marrakech?

Our standard pick-up is in Marrakech. For other locations, please contact us to check availability and additional fees.

🐪 Desert Experience

What is the difference between a Zagora and a Merzouga desert tour?

The Zagora desert is closer to Marrakech and ideal for a short 2-day trip. It has beautiful landscapes and offers a great introduction to the desert. Merzouga, on the other hand, is further away and features the impressive Erg Chebbi sand dunes. It’s perfect for a deeper desert experience over 3 or more days

Is the camel ride included in the desert tour?

Yes, a camel ride during sunset or sunrise is included in all our desert tours. It’s one of the highlights of the trip!

What should I bring for the desert tour?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, a small backpack, and a warm jacket for the night, as it can get cold in the desert.
