How do I book an activity?
Choose your experience, pick a date and send us your request. Our team confirms availability within a few hours by email or WhatsApp.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes, pick-up and drop-off from your riad or hotel in Marrakech is included in almost every tour.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Reserving is free and done online — no online payment is required. You pay in person on the day of the activity, in cash (MAD or EUR) or by another arrangement agreed with our team.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity. Since no payment is taken in advance, cancelling costs you nothing.
Are the tours suitable for families?
Absolutely. Most experiences are family friendly, and we adapt the pace and itinerary for children and seniors.
