Quad biking in Marrakech
About this experience
A two-hour guided quad bike ride through the Marrakech Palmeraie, on dirt tracks that wind between the palms, past small Berber hamlets and out onto the open stony plateau north of the city. You get one quad per person, full protective gear and a training lap before departure, so no previous experience is needed. A guide rides at the front and sets a pace to suit the group, with regular stops for photographs. Midway through there is a break for mint tea. Late afternoon departures are the most popular, when the heat has dropped and the light over the palms is at its best.
